Weigh On Friday Morning



I stay in my calorie range more often during the week than on the weekends. I find it helps me stay motivated to weigh myself only on Friday morning. I feel upbeat knowing I've had a good streak of days being on track, and it helps keep from being too overindulgent over the weekend.
