Start Small Build Up



I started back today I did several small 5 min work outs today while my coffee was being brewed and my breakfast cooking . Yes, it was only 83 calories burned,but that was 83 I did not burn in the previous mornings. it is a start & I feel good about myself!!

  • Great idea I can do this for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and exercise whilst waiting for the kettle to boil thanks for the tip all those minutes will soon add up and the calories burnt off as well. emoticon - by HONEY-ROSE

  • Those minutes will add up! I did the same when I restarted to exercise. I even joined the 10 min Fitness Minutes a Day Team, which gave me an incentive to do at least that much. Good Luck - by DEBBLO
