Breathing Into My Body



I have some serious problems with stress, and when I encounter a mega stressful situation, I first walk away (if possible physically, if not then mentally). Then I deep breathe into each part of my body, and thank that body part for supporting me. When you realize how much holds you, and is behind you all the way (strong legs, hard-working hands), you can conquer anything.
