Doing Something Different



Bad habits were creeping back...Grazing, adding on, snacking at night etc. I needed a change and something simple to replace my complicated food tracking.
So I printed menus for a week on the food tracker, check off eaten food, and substitute as needed.. Now I have renewed energy because I made a change to give myself more time.. The plan makes me feel safe knowing that the food plan is there for the entire week. emoticon
