Set Small Goals



I set small goals to meet. Instead of setting my goal @ 75 pounds, I choose 10 to 20 pounds depending on how I am feeling at the time. Don't overwhelm yourself.

  • I too thought I'd set a small goal first,it was to lose 15 by Christmas!!! I lost only 6 in like 2 mos.Not happy about it but refuse to give up.I have been unable to go to the gym the last 2 mos. so it's partly that....My new goal is 5lb. incliments so I stay encouraged and not feel defeated!!!

    Thanks for this great idea! I think I will change my goal weight to 10 pounds at a time and not overwhelm myself. Instead I will use the first 10 pounds as a motivator to keep moving forward. Thanks again and I wish good luck to you for goals. - by LAPLANTE88
