Need Motivation To Workout?



If you find you have a hard time finding the motivation to workout on your scheduled days or just at all try this! Buy a calender and put it up in your room or where you would like. Write you workout schedule on there, go do it, and when you come back put a smiley face showing how completing that workout made you feel. The next time you feel like skipping a work out look at the smiley face and it will remind you how good you felt after finishing it. And why skip something that makes you happy? :)
