Exercise It Does Feel Good!



It's too early,it's too lat!. Excuses I use. The funny thing is when I do exercise I feel good! I'm learning that more is not always better. Take it easy push just a little and keep the motivation going. Don't work so hard' that the next day you can't move. That just destroys the motivation. I can do it!

  • I have found that there are times in the day when I think "I should exercise." This is my cue that my body is telling me... NOW! is the time! If I go ahead and exercise when the thought comes. Then I find it is easier than if I put it off. So now, when I think it...I do it! And I feel so good. I think our bodies talk to us so often, if I would only listen to my body then it would be so much easier. - by RAGAMUFFIN54
