Guilty As Charged!



You know when you really want something sweet, and you really can't stop it, even when you've been doing so well?!
Instead of reaching for a sugary glazed donut, or a milk chocolate candy bar .... go for a small cup of low fat hot chocolate!

More Information:

Maybe you think this is a terrible thing to do and that you will ruin your entire diet, however I find that drinking one cup of hot chocolate every time I can't ignore a sweet tooth helps me stay on track, and I feel fuller!
It works for me, maybe it will work for you...
