fast food pop cigs junk food and more fit into this! I save tons by only eating out twice a month or less. I drink water w lemon and I skip junk food that adds up and make sweets @ home...we are spending our lives paying for thing that don't even last a day!

  • I don't do fast food, but I can go in Walmart and get things needed but not emergency items that I can make do without. emoticon - by WINNIE-POOH
  • This seems to be the area I struggle most with and where I need to make the change. On the weekends we tend to eat out once or twice...not junk food but nutritious food too can add up as the restaurants add more oil, dressings etc to make the food tastier. Am gonna try this (2 times only a month but its really gonna be very very hard). Thanks for the tip! - by AQUAMAGIC
