Secrets of Success




Drink your water don't sip on it all day and THINK you are getting in enough. Also you may need to get in more than 64 oz a day to lose. I have to drink 120oz or more in a day to lose. It gets easy with time. I use to gag on it but now I don't mind so much.
Your body needs the water to flush out the fat cells and to function right. Did you know that you breath out over a cup of water a day.

    Thanks for the reminder, Teresa! I have a stainless steel water container that holds just over 2 cups. I used to lose track of how many times I refilled it during the day, so I put 4 different colors (rainbow bright) of rubber bands around it and remove one when I refill the container. Think I'll add an extra one or two and see if that makes a difference! emoticon - by BUNNY98537
