Look At The Bright Side Of Giving Up Alcohol

When I first decided to quit drinking because it was thwarting my weight-loss efforts I felt deprived. "Everyone else was drinking - - Why can't I drink too? I also have cut down to 2 glasses of wine: 1 during the week and 1 on the weekend. I was having 2 glasses a day and was tired and and just not with it. I feel every so much better. - by NOMORECRASH
  • I replaced "alcohol" with "pizza" in this post. I can relate better now. Everyone else is eating three slices of pizza, why can't I eat it too? I find that without it I am a lot less lathargic. Pizza just slows me down and it slows my efforts down too. Thanks for the post! I hope I can give up pizza like you did alcohol! emoticon - by MMILLER139
  • I have been thinking that drinking alcohol -- even though I do not do it to excess -- is impacting my ability to loose this weight. Thanks for sharing. - by MS-MELODY
