I agree. One day a week is plenty! emoticon - by IDLETYME
  • Yes I agree, scales are so addicted and I know I rely on mine far to much ... like every morning, I have stated to my hubby .. he must take it away, and i'll weigh myself weekly . and measure weekly. - by CARINSTRYDOM
Mine has been put away. For 30 years all it did was bully, shame and aggravate me. I find it is less important now at my age to 'know' what I weigh, rather than just 'feeling' it in my clothes.
Well done ! - by SISTERBERTRILLE
  • I used to get on the scales every day. I decided to weigh in once a week, and it has been two weeks. It is hard, and I think that is a red flag that I need to keep this up. I am more aware of how I feel physically when I don't have the scales to tell me how my weight-loss efforts are working. - by MANICUREFAN
