A Simple Way To Curb Mindless Eating



If I'm wanting to eat I ask myself two simple questions:
Are you hungry? Are you willing to eat fruits or veggies?
If the answer to both of those is yes, then I know I'm truly hungry and I eat something healthy. If the answer to either of those is no, then it's off to drink some water and do something else.

  • I wholeheartedly agree. If I am really hungry I will go for a wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese Light Swiss and a apple; or the wedge of cheese and some grapes and drink my water with it. That generally does the trick.

    Also, if I am watching tv, I can do like Karen91 does, knit or crochet. - by BLAZINGSWORD
