An easy way to save calories and get your vegetables without even knowing.

When making meatloaf, use oatmeal instead of bread crumbs (for added fiber & nutrition) and add onions, carrots, zucchini, peppers, garlic and any other vegetable you may want to "hide". Some steak sauce, ketchup and worchestershire, along with herbs, makes a delicious dinner with less meat needed.
