Get And Keep Me Moving During The Day



I sew a lot. sitting long periods isn't good. I set a timer to go off every 30 minutes. I get up and move about for 5 to 10 minutes. Moving can be getting water, playing with my cat, restroom break, walk outside, anything that requires movement and standing up. It helps my arthritis!!! :) emoticon

  • If I have time to sit and watch TV, I get up every commercial to do house work, dishes, ironing, or what ever needs doing. Anything but sitting and watching a commercial. It is surprising how much you can get done during just one movie. So many long commercials .
