Oh, what a mess! There is a website called The Queen of Clean where you used to be able to get tips for this sort of thing, but now she has books. On Amazon, find the book "Talking Dirty Laundry With The Queen Of Clean." Use the 'search inside' feature and search "grease." You'll see a list of pages, search until you find your answer.
