Facebook Challange



I've been adding a picture of one strength training exercise every day to my Facebook page with a statement that says I will do 10, or less if it's a hard move, of this exercise for every one like I get. It's been working out great and really makes me fell like my family and friends are involved.

emoticon I also have been adding my challenge to the sprarkpeople Facebook page and private group. One day I was able to get 200 squats in thanks to the challenge. emoticon
