My hypnosis cd's have Wendy on them and she is always positive. She tells you that you self talk everyday. So be careful of what you say. Watch out, that little voice in our head can be our biggest help or our worst enemy. When you talk to yourself, ALWAYS be positive. Say things like, I am ready to, I want to, and I would love to, and cut out comments like, I have to, I need to and I have got to. These latter comments make this one more burden you have added to your life.
Each day tell yourself, it is ok to release the fat, picture your self standing on the scale with the number that you want to see, repeating or visualizing this number everyday until time for you to step on the scale again. Self talk can be as strong an asset as the food, exercise, and food tracking
