When I get home from grocery, I chop up all my ingredients for salads or wraps and put into single size airtight containers. So when I grab for lunches, everything is ready to pack and I just choose what I want.
I do this with lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, carrots (for salad or sticks for a snack), celery, eggs, cheese and turkey. I have found out, not to do more than one cucumber at a time, they are too watery, everything else will keep for the week
