Cutting Calories # 4



NO MORE POTATO CHIPS! mmmmm...I am that person who can't just have 1 potato chip!!! So, I have started snacking on low fat or fat free croutons! They have at least 100 calories lower than potato chips, less than 1 g of fat and 1 g of protein per serving!

    I realize there are better choices, but when you are getting started, sometimes, it is best to make baby steps. I do eat carrots and celery for lunch because they are great for you and I love vegetables! Thanks! - by M.A.C.
  • I try to limit snacking to carrots and celery with ranch dip, only!
