Tracking my food in real time keeps me truthful about exactly how much I ate and what was included (ie. Did I have a cup or a 1/2 cup of that? Wait what else did I add to my salad?)

    This works for me as then I know what to plan for later on that day. I have only been doing Spark for 2 weeks and am getting much better at realizing what a portion is and also planning my meals for the day helps. - by CANUCKGIRL4
