Quick Fix For Breakfast



Our lives are so busy that many individuals forget the most important booster of the day. I make sure that I eat breakfast and I don't like skipping meals.

I would have an Atkins Protein Shake along with Yoplait Light Yogurt mixed with a cup of fresh fruit (grapes). This seems to satisfy 1 fruit serving, dairy product and protein. A very good start for morning balance.

If this is too much you could omit the protein shake or yogurt as both contain protein. You'll feel more satisfied.
