Keep Fresh Fruits & Veggies Stocked



Always make sure your fridge is stocked with fresh fruits and veggies. This may mean shopping a couple times a week, but I guarantee when you open your fridge door and see all the healthy food your diet is so much easier!

I keep apples, pears, berries, bananas, avocados
sweet potatoes, squash, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, swiss chard, onions and carrots on hand every week. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I think this is a great idea..every time I pack my lunch bag I open my fridge and I either take an apple pear or spinach for lunch..
