If you slip on healthy eating or skip an exercise, don't throw in the towel! Instead, find a way to get back on track that very same day, or as early as the next morning. Plan a healthy breakfast. Plan a 15 minute cardio workout. Eat some Freggies. Don't let one slip keep you from making great choices the rest of the day!
