Fruit Smoothie Freezer Packs!



Each week, I buy 3 fresh bananas, plus one bag each of frozen mangoes, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Then I divide these up into 6 baggies, each containing 1/2 of a banana and 1/4 c. of each other kind of fruit. I store the baggies in the freezer and in the morning, take one out, put it in the blender with 1c. of almond milk and 1 c. of warm water. I blend it for a quick & healthy smoothie breakfast for me and my husband!

More Information:

You can add "bonus" ingredients in the morning like avocado, spinach, ground flaxseed, etc. I also wanted to mention that I do slice the banana to make it easier for the blender to chop it up!
