Use Your Trackers To Look For Patterns



After working on weight loss for a while, I finally realized that if I looked at my nutrition tracker and my activity trackers for the weeks when I had good weight losses, it was easy to find out what I did that really worked. I have found my personal plan for weight loss from doing this--and I have 9 weeks of consistent weight loss from following it. emoticon

emoticon This plan will look different for each of us--there are a couple of things in my plan that other people in my family don't much care for, but I am happy and it works for me. I also have night time eating in mine because I am happy having a night snack and it is part of my pattern. emoticon
