Nutrition And Fitness Tracker In The Morning!



I pack my breakfast, lunch, and snacks at night before i go to bed. In the morning, the first thing I do as I get to work is to track my food and fitness on the trackers, even before I have eaten it. Then I feel more accountability to stick to this plan throughout the day and to get to the gym at night!
