Sneeky Veggies



I try and sneek veggies into our meals as my family really isn't big on eating them. I steam carrots and spinach often and then puree and mix into pasta, burgers, etc! They rarely notice and when they do, I just call it "seasoning". The best part is my 8 year old daughter realizes now and we've been having great conversations about foods that are packed with vitamins and why it's so important to make the coice to put them into your body INSTEAD of processed food or sugar! :)
