Break Your Day Down



I find that breaking the day down to mornings & afternoons, help me cope when I break and eat the wrong thing.
Rather than saying I will be good starting tomorrow. I only focus on the next part of the day. If I eat badly in the morning I will then say " I will stick to my eating plan this afternoon".
