Do Something Every Day!



Schedule some kind of exercise every single day.. even if it is 10 minutes. I have been doing that for 6 weeks now and exercise is now not an option for me. Even if I am so busy and can come up with a million excuses, I make sure I get SOMETHING in! It will eventually not be an option!
