Getting In Exercise



If i have alot planned for the day & feel i will not have time to exercise, I wake up an hour early and get it in then. It is hard at first, but once i get going, i feel better the whole day! emoticon

  • i HAVE to do this on fridays and saturdays....I hate myself for missing a workout for two days in a row but I always say I am too tired to get up new goal! - by SGDLPM
