Motivation Everyday! One Goal Each Day!



Sometimes it can be so easy to lose motivation, especially if you have a lot of weight to lose! Thinking about how much time it'll take can be discouraging. One way to beat that is to make one goal everyday, and try your best to reach that goal. For example, on goal can be: Replace a piece of cake for a piece of fruit, while the next day can be: exercise for 15 minutes. Make the goal, reach the goal. Then, look back at your week and see how you did, whether you reached 3/7 goals, or 7/7 goals!
