It'S About The Food.



In the past, I thought I could exercise enough to make up for the bad habits I had let build up around my diet. But, if you do the math-that's just not going to happen.

Losing weight has to be about eating less and eating better.

Exercise is for strength, endurance, stess busting and all around good health.

  • Soo true! When I finaly started working out I thouht that I could eat all the fried foods I wanted and that belief actually brought me to the heaviest point in my life! Now I know that exercising to lose weight means nothing unless you're eating healthy as well. - by TINABOBINAMEENA
