Celebrate The Small Goals



I celebrate the small goals ex. losing 1 pound losing 2 or even not eating out or too late. With the small goals comes patience and with time comes results.

  • I need to celebrate the small things. Helps me stay on track. Problem is, I'm having difficulty locating a NON FOOD method of celebrating. Any ideas out there?

  • While I can't get myself to celebrate the small goals - I am pleased with myself that I do. I tend to think of my small goals in the line of streaks - but can't get myself to celebrate or reward them - just having them seems to be good - I'll be walking at school in a time crunch saying - "can't break my streak!".   • I totally agree. I set small goals like eating an entire healthy meal, drinking water, and eating 5 serving's of fruits and veggies. Achieving small simple goals, makes the bigger goal seem attainable. - by DMWILL23
