Staying With Sparkpeople!



I've been very cautious about making big changes once I reached my goal weight. Staying with SparkPeople is at the top of my list. I'm still drinking lots of water, eating 5-6 freggies a day, and exercising 250-300 minutes a week, as well as tracking food and staying in calorie range. No foods are off limits, but healthy eating and regular exercise got me here; I'm not regaining that 57 lbs!
