Track Ahead Of Time



If I am really wanting something like a treat or a particularly high calorie meal, I always try to track it first. Sometimes just punching in those numbers along with everything else I plan to eat will make me change my mind if all of my nutrients won't add up right because of it, and I find myself choosing something else.. And other times it fits into my plan just right and I can go and eat it guilt free!! Tracking ahead helps you made smart decisions!

  • It really works. Last night was a good example: it was Valentine's day in Brazil and we were planning a cheese and wine dinner (it's fall here, and kind of chilly in the evenings)....well, I tracked everything in the Food Tracker and voilá! 800 calories in a, I planned to take haof of the portion I was initially thinking and it made me much more aware. I still enjoyed it greatly but not goin over the top. It works!! go for it. emoticon - by BERARDICELIA
