Bread Vegi Exchange...



I have replaced almost all traditional bread, crackers and chips for dipping with vegetables. This has been a HUGE benefit because i'm fitting in more vegetables, especially RAW organic vegetables into my daily diet. I don't mean "Grab your celery People" I mean PEPPERS!! and NOT Green. Red, yellow and orange ~ YUMMY!!!

More Information:

My my ultimate switch is Peppers. Those little orange, yellow and red sweet peppers. I use them all the time in place of bread, crackers and pitas. I scoop, hummous, tuna fish and CHILI!!! Delicious!! These peppers are perfect for snacking and meals, very filling and satisfying.

  • i know right i also discovered the different color peppers, buy ahead chop and freeze to be ready for that next omelet, even my adult children enjoy them with some brown rice sautéed with a little olive and low sodium soy sauce - by ROSE250
