When I'm down I lift them up and carry them around for a moment or two and they are actually heavy. A great reminder that the FAT IS GONE! emoticon

    I used to go on diets and lose 8-10 lbs a week. Once I stopped it always came back plus some. Now that I've been smart about weight loss, I've only lost 1-2 a week, but I don't feel like I'm starving myself and not waiting till I'm off my diet. - by CAO2012
