I just started...ok restarted...& this time, I made my home page! So, every time I log on I am able to remember & track! It is actually really helping me to stay well as a weight lifting class I started 2 mo., I need to start tracking my food & had NO IDEA what I have been doing to my body daily, by way of calories...It has definitely opened my eyes! Thanks Sparkpeople for these great tools!

  • Give yourself time to adjust to the good health. It takes a while, but I'm amazed at how good I feel by following the SparkPeople program!
