Look At Bikinis

I'm trying to lose weight for my wedding and honeymoon this summer, so when I feel like I want to go binge or skip a workout, I go to VIctoria's Secret's website and look at the bikinis. It reminds me that a bad choice will set me back from my goal.

    Be careful in looking at those swimsuit models and then comparing yourself to them as it could backfire. I, personally, like to use a picture of myself at the weight and fitness level I used to be at and want to be at again...I know it is obtainable! I will NEVER look like the Victoria's Secret models. - by AZCHICA2006

    I never look at bikinis unless they are on men in a catalog. I am 54, 5ft tall and a little under 50 pounds over weight...so as you can imagine...the closest idea of me getting into a bikini is when I put on my bra and panties on and then get dressed. emoticon - by KRISTYLH7

    I take it a step further, I go to the hot swim suit store in the local mall, tell them what I am doing and the girls are more than willing to encourage me and help plan for when I am back to BUY my smaller suit! No sales pressure if you tell them upfront that you are just looking for a future suit and you need the motivation to fit into it.. Good luck. - by HEALTHYTOBE7
