Eat Clean!



Since dropping almost all processed foods from my diet (and making sure the ones I do use are low-sodium and healthy), I have seen a great improvement in my health, lost almost 6 inches off my waist, and the nutrition tracker always shows me in my range. Everything tastes better. It's a win-win.

    I just started reading up about clean eating myself, and ordered a years subscription to a Clean Eating magazine with lots of recipes! Their website even gives several free recipes and info. I'll send it to you in an email. - by ROSALACEY2

    This is also something I want to do more of, but I confess an addition to a busy lifestyle-and it's sometimes easier to grab and go with processed foods (I know this is an excuse). I'm going to the store soon and will put a good effort towards eating more clean. - by JANNEPERRY
