Secrets of Success




i am always making soup. i love to make new recipes, that are low calorie and healthy. when i get hungry i always have that on hand so i heat a cup of that to hold me through until meal time. that way i don't get over hungry and eat something i shouldn't. emoticon

  • soup (low calorie, such as broth) has been shown to reduce the total calories consumed in a meal - not only do you SLOW DOWN while eating/drinking hot soup, but it gives you time to allow your stomach to register with your brain that you are full. Good tip! - by DRB13_1
