Secrets of Success

Write Your (future) Success Story

Even if you are no where near your goal write your success story now. Use lots of details about how you lost the weight, why you lost the weight, how you feel being at your goal weight, and what you've done to maintain your loss. When you are in need of some motivation, read your story and picture yourself at that future moment and know that you are on the road to that reality. emoticon

  • I did this for the Harry Potter challenge already and it was very motivational. As soon as I can get some printer ink I'm going to print it out and post it on my cabinets. - by AUTUMNPOTTER
  • I like this. By visualizing the achievement of your goal you are reinforcing the reason you are working so hard. I agree this would be a motivating tool. - by GOLFLADY11
