Secrets of Success

Slipping Up

Using my son and work and school as an excuse for not exercising. I have been using them too much this last 2 weeks as a way of covering for not working out. emoticon So I remind my self of the positive reasons for going to the gym and the way I feel after. I am usually able to pep talk myself back into the gym. If not I make sure I remind myself that I should have gone and try to do something in place of the exercise.

  • It's too bad we couldn't lose calories for the excuses we make, yes? If we could, I am convinced I'd lose all my excess weight for sure. :) - by DENNYDD
