When there is a presence of too much insulin in your blood stream it prevents you from burning fat for energy, your body has an energy crisis when blood sugar is low and excess insulin is preventing the body from burning fat for energy. The result is fatigue and low energy.Your poor body wants to burn fat, but the high insulin levels prevent that from happening. If you can't burn fat then you certainly can't lose weight.     After exercising my blood sugar drops so low. If I don't have a healthy snack available, I'll grab any high sugar snack! I always have to be prepared or else I would eat all the calories plus more after exercising. It can be a vicious circle. - by BETTERTHANEVER4
