I feel i have done every thing possible to get nearer to my goal. I track everything, weigh and measure. Walk a lot and do ST. I have all my numbers in check. Diabetes, BP and Cholesterol. This week I am trying to cut carbs, it has worked but it might be too soon to say. Pat in Maine.

I increase my protein with a steak for dinner, no starches or bread at all (rice, pasta, potatoes, any flour products, beans and grains) and bam...the plateau is gone! - by SASANDRA
I went back to normal eating and have not lost any more, so I am going for it again!
