Eat A Late Lunch And Early Dinner



I learned that if I eat a late lunch (around 1or 1:30) and have dinner no later than 6, I am much better off the next day. My appetite decrease and also I don't feel bloated. It works for me and I hope it works for you!

More Information:

I drink a great apple cinnamon chamomile tea before bedtime with a bit of splenda. Smells and taste delicious.

    I have done this a few times. (not meaning to) just got busy and it was the way it worked out. This may be the key for me. If I eat a late lunch I consume less dinner. And I do feel better in the evening for my treadmill workout and I also feel less bloated the next morning. Going to try to make this a regular practice. - by MAINEMOM6
  • I totally agree janet as i have been trying to fit gym into my schedule i find i dont get lunch in until 1.30 and then as i am the cook in my house and now i am eating healthy i have to make my meal first then add the extra stuff my brothers want into the meal lol so i find i start cooking at 3.30 in the afternoon and eat a four. Then nights where i sometimes get peckish i have a small bowl of diced fruit handy that i can nibble on through the night - by WOGBOY79
