Great to hear! I had gastric bypass in the fall of 08. I never lost the last 25% or so and have regained about ten pounds. I've been off track for quite a while because of chronic pain, depression, and battling breast cancer all of this year. (I didn't have chemo, just a bi-lateral mastectomy, and didn't not lose weight.) I'm excited to find Spark People and hope this can help me get back on track again. My blood sugar was once great, after weight loss and is now high because of a medication I'm taking for depression. It is helping me soooo much that I'm determined to stay on it. The only way I think I can is to get back on track with weight loss and exercise. Look forward to being here on a regular basis. :) - by LDRAKE764
