Rye Bread Can Help You Lose Weight



Rye bread contains lots of fiber & very little fat. Rye bread does not create high spikes in blood sugar as white bread and other breads do. Nutrients in Rye also helps lower cholesterol & lessens the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer and diabetes. Rye can decreasse hunger as opposed to wheat or white bread and is efficient in burning
fat. 1 slice of rye is about 85 calories. Get it sliced thin in the deli to save even more calories. Rye promotes a feeling of fullness for hours! Try it!
