Eat Those Pumpkin Seeds



Pumpkin seeds contain a compound called L-triptophan which is great for depression. Pumpkin seeds have good nutrition with magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, iron, B vitamins, folate and more which is great for diabetics. The seeds may help bone health,intestinal problems and arthritis too. Good Fiber, a good snack. Place them on a single layer on a cookie sheet. Lightly roast them in a 160-170F (about 75C) oven for 15-20 minutes. YUM

    When I type in 42 grams of pumpkin seeds, it says that I only get 3.9% of my daily requirement of phosphorous. However, this website said that 28 grams should give you 35% of your daily value for phosphorous.
    Which on is correct?
